When he was 19, Nick moved to Florida to pursue his passion on the links at the Keiser Golf Institute. Nick competed Collegiately and achieved his dreams of becoming a professional golf instructor. From novices to advanced golfers, Nick was able to procure strong leadership abilities as he trained and challenged individuals to become the best versions of themselves possible. Nick has led people to breakthrough mental barriers, create good habits, and instill lifelong skills that would serve them for many years. These same abilities have served Nick as he has helped work through challenges and adversities with clients in the home buying process until they were able to accomplish their bigger goals and dreams.
Nick also worked in the car sales industry. As he made his mark, he realized his passion wasn't for the sales or the commission, but the experience gaining new friendships and going the extra mile to help people realize deals and opportunities most sales people leave unturned. Nick decided then and there that he would not let the allure of sales and self serving interest compromise his integrity. He developed the desire to listen before he speaks, and help his clients discover what was most important to them so they could have an aim to achieve. Nick has taken this philosophy directly into real estate of the anti-sell, instead he consults clients on their needs and supplies them with all the information they need to properly decide for themselves.
